Our Palm Tree Houses are earning praise and acclamation from all our nature loving guests. It is an airy, open space which offers a complete nature experience in style. A a cozy lounge welcomes you in the front. The lower level floors have a polished cement finish and accommodate the outdoor shower area open to the sky. Feel like in ancient Sri Lanka, where the water used to drip out of a trunk or over a leave. Enjoy a romantic atmosphere where one can shower under the stars in a clear starry night.

The 4,5m elevated upper deck of the Palm Tree House is built from precious indigenous Mara wood, hosts the king size bed and opens with a stunning view towards the Kappalady Lagoon with a chilled aerial lounge. The thatched roof accommodation is built with locally-sourced, eco-friendly materials. Minutes away from our lounge and the sandy beach perfect for sunbathing, our eco-conscious Palm Houses offer a wonderful experience.

The room provides an electric fan, however, it is rarely needed as the open establishment guarantees adequate ventilation and keeps the room cool even during the hot tropical summers. As we promote sustainable living, preserve indigenous Sri Lankan tradition and care much for our environment, we have adapted certain changes to our daily life here at Elements. One principle concept is to use refillable glass water bottles instead of plastic water bottles to reduce single use plastic.
