TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING
A 50% advance (up to max 300 EUR) confirms your booking. Payment can be done online via the payment gateway at the end of the online booking process. At Check-In, the hotel requests you to pay the balance 50% of your stay. At the end you merely pay you extras.
You can settle your bill in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, LKR), by bank transfer or card (VISA, Union, Master, Amex).

We assume no responsibility for any loss, theft and damage to baggage, property, valuables or for injury, illness, death, damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, delays, power failure, fire, adverse weather conditions or levels of water, accidents. We do not take responsibility for any items and valuables stored in the rooms and room safes.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: a 25 EUR fee applies.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: No refund.
Pre-booked kite and wing foiling courses, lessons or rentals which cannot be taken due to lack of wind are not refunded.
