TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING
A 50% advance (max 300 EUR) confirms your booking. Payment can be done online via the payment gateway. At Check-Out, you can settle the outstanding amount via credit card, bank transfers or cash.

We cannot assume responsibility for loss, theft and damage to baggage, property, valuables or for injury, illness, death, damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, delays, power failure, fire, adverse weather conditions or levels of water, accidents. Neither can we assume responsibility for items stored in your room safe.
CANCELLATION
For cancellations more than 14 days before arrival we charge a 25 EUR admin fee which will be deducted from your advance payment.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival - NO REFUND.
Pre-booked kite and wing foiling courses, lessons or rentals which cannot be taken due to lack of wind cannot be refunded.
